What is a Whole Food Plant-Based?
Adopting a whole food plant-based diet may help you to achieve maximum health and longevity through nutrition as medicine. This is a back to basics way of eating. Therefore we focus on 90% whole foods like vegetables, beans, nuts, grains. Leaving only 10% for processed foods and limiting consumption of all animal products.
What a WFPB Lifestyle means to us?
We are whole people, not just a single part. Don’t let your ailments define you. A whole food plant-based lifestyle for us means that you can have the power to play a role in your own health. Recognizing we have three opportunities everyday, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, to contribute to our own health.
We will be redefining what it means to “eat healthy” with evidence-based nutrition. For example, we will be focus on the best options that we have to support our immune systems and provide a more efficient fuel source for our bodies. The old saying “You are what you eat” is literally true. Your cells are made up of the food that you eat, so would you rather be a doughnut or oatmeal and berries?

If you are new to nutrition in general, don’t worry. Our goal is to help you gradually building healthy habits that are sustainable over your lifetime. Remember that Rome wasn’t build in a day, and making lifestyle changes won’t happen that way either.
